It has always been God’s intention for us to live out our faith in the context of a community. The large group setting (Sunday mornings) is one way this happens, but equally important is the small group setting. This is where we hear each others’ stories, learn from one another and unpack scripture at a relational level. Group life therefore allows the big to become small and creates an environment for the gospel to be tangible and relevant.

At Living Hope we have two types of groups for you to get involved in:

Special Interest Groups
These are groups that are generally larger in size (8-15 people) and are framed within a 3-10 week block. You will be informed about the start date, end date, and topic of focus. This is ideal for people who are ‘checking out’ group life. It’s also ideal for those who can only commit to a certain time frame or perhaps want to learn about a specific topic. These run in the Fall and Spring.

Cell Groups
These are groups with a little more duration (anywhere from 1-3 years). In these settings of 6-10 people, you have a unique opportunity to build deeper connections as you meet every other week. This is ideal for those who are looking for an experience that allows them to grow spiritually with others over a longer term. Topics of study change from year to year.
